Today, Nizam automates the busywork of running a community with rules-based logic — bills, notifications, defaulter tracking. Here's what's planned next as we bring real AI into that foundation.
We want to be straightforward about this: Nizam does not have AI features shipped today. What it does have is a lot of automation that already removes manual work — bills that generate themselves on schedule, defaulter lists that update in real time, notifications that route to the right residents without anyone copying a message into three group chats. That automation is rules-based, not AI, and it's been the foundation the whole platform runs on.
The next step is layering real AI on top of that foundation — where it removes judgment-call busywork rather than adding a gimmick. Below is what's actually on the roadmap. None of it is live yet; we'd rather tell you that clearly than let a marketing page overpromise what the product does today.

Automatically categorize and prioritize incoming complaints so urgent issues surface first instead of sitting in a queue by submission time.
Flag units at risk of missing payment based on history, so committees can follow up before a bill goes overdue instead of after.
Answer common resident questions — "what's my balance," "how do I add a visitor" — automatically, in English or Urdu.
Surface unusual collection or expense patterns for committee review — a second set of eyes on the books.
